쿠니언은 이번 데이터 삭제 조치와 관련해 11월 4일(화) 교섭 미팅과 11월 6일(목) 이메일 및 유선 통화를 통해 회사 측에 개선을 요구했습니다. 또한 조직장에게만 공지가 전달된 점을 지적하며, 전사적인 시정 및 공지 발송을 요청했습니다.
그 결과, 11월 7일(금) 오전 1시 23분경, 회사에서 전사 공지 메일이 발송되었습니다.
다만, 복구 절차가 여전히 VP 승인에만 의존하고 있어, 담당자가 직접 관련 부서에 요청할 수 있는 실질적인 복구 프로세스 마련을 회사 측에 추가로 요구할 예정입니다.

Cou-nion has formally filed a complaint and submitted improvement requests to the company regarding the recent data deletion measures.
We have also pointed out that the company initially notified only organization heads by email, without a directive to share the information company-wide. Cou-nion urged management to issue an official company-wide notice and to take corrective action.
As a result, a company-wide announcement email was sent at 1:23 a.m. today.
However, Cou-nion continues to emphasize the need for a practical recovery process—one that allows responsible employees to directly request restoration from relevant departments, without being dependent solely on VP-level approval.
We will continue to monitor this issue closely and pursue all necessary actions to ensure that employees’ data remains secure and properly protected.
